Return and Refund Policy - Waffar Store

At Waffar Store, we are committed to providing a transparent shopping experience. Below are the details of our Return and Exchange policy:

1. Return Window:

  • Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects or Damage: Waffar Store will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or a free replacement to the customer.
  • Customer Preference (No defect): The product must be in its original condition and packaging. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees (both ways).

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been opened from their original packaging or used are not eligible for return, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

4. Refund Process:

  • Returned items are inspected immediately upon arrival at our warehouse.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card/Mada) or via bank transfer within 7 to 14 business days.
